Apart from acquiring his media skill sets from self tutorage, training and development, GR has also closely gleaned knowledge from many other notable photographers within and outside Nigeria, online and in person. 

His outstandingly mind blowing works of photography which stem from his versatility of knowledge in editing and Photoshop and his eye for creating exquisite beauty of art, privileged him to be the iYM Photographer of the year in 2019 and also Top twenty finalists for Tecno CAMission season II, 2021 amongst other achievements.
